The RACO Organising Committee is formed by highly committed members who volunteer their time and effort to help improve the orchestra's management and the overall concert experience for both the audience and orchestra. Due to its voluntary nature, the committee experiences a change in membership annually. As an independent orchestra, the committee manages the orchestra funds as well. ​​
